There is absolutely no reason at all to buy Alfredo Sauce. It’s is super easy to make.
In a skillet, melt 2 TBS of butter. Once the butter has melted, add a cup of cream, and 1/2 cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Yes, you must use the block of Parmesan rather than the can of grated Parmesan. It makes all the difference. With a whisk stir until the sauce has thickened. Add some grilled or sautéed chicken. Spoon over your pasta, and enjoy.
