Cheesy Brown Rice

This is such an easy side dish, that everyone will love. I mean seriously easy.


In a skillet, melt 1 stick of butter. Add 1 cup of long grain white rice to the pan. Stir the rice until it starts to brown. Once the rice has lightly browned, add 1 can of Beef Consomme, and 1 can of water. Bring the rice to a boil and cover. Reduce the heat to low, and cook the rice for about 15 minutes or until the rice is tender, and liquid has been absorbed. Grate 1 cup of fresh Parmesan cheese. Stir and Enjoy!! How easy was that?
